This set of clip card features 12 Clip Cards.
And because it is made for toddlers who are yet to fully recognize the number symbol, we are going to play match the carrot quantity with these Clip Cards.
Easter Carrot Count, Match and Clip Cards focus on helping toddler and preschoolers to count from number one to number five (1-5) only.
This is so that they will gain confidence to do even more counting, and not to overwhelm the kids.
Once they have master the counting of small numbers, they can move on to count until number 10.
How to Play with Easter Carrot Count, Match and Clip Card
First, we count the quantity of the carrots in the bigger box.
Then, we count the carrots in the small boxes. Find which small box has the same quantity of carrots same as ones in the bigger box.
Once found, we can clip to the small box that has the same carrots quantity. Or if we don’t have clothespin supply, we can always substitute the clothespin and cover the matching small box using any one of these :
- Playdough, or
- Pom poms, or
- Eraser, or
- Beads, or
- Colorful buttons, or
- Circle using crayons, or
- Do-a-dot marker, or
- Dot stickers
